We use DHL Express for delivery to New Zealand.

How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery time to New Zealand.FREE DHL Express Delivery in 2-5 days.
All shipping times do depend on your location however we do aim to ship your order within 1 business day. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Be careful when entering your Mobile number and email address at checkout. Correct information is required so that you can be notified when your package is available for Delivery / Collection at your delivery location.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY
We do our best to deliver within the given time frame. However, there may sometimes be delays due to unexpected events such as Custom payments, Weather conditions, Strikes etc. If this occurs with your order, please ensure you keep tracking your package to know its status. You may also contact us at support@no2hair.com and our member of staff will be happy to assist you.
If you wish to cancel a late item, you will once again have to contact our Customer Service Team at support@no2hair.com to get your refund. Please note, cancellation charges may apply based on how late the order was cancelled. Moreover, we are not liable if the order is being held at the Customs of your designated country. No2Hair.com assumes no accountability for damage caused by exceeding an announced delivery time.
How can I track my parcel?
Tracking details are sent out as soon as orders are despatched usually within 1-2 business days via email or SMS.
Is the product voltage suitable for use in my country?
All electrical appliances sold through our website come equipped with a UK 3 pin or a EU 2 pin 220v mains adapter. All products listed on our website are Bivolt, 110-240v and can be used anywhere in the world with the help of a local Adapter which is provided FREE of cost with every purchase. Please refer to our T&C's for further details.
What warranty is included?
In case any fault develops then all our products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty which is normally 2 years unless specified otherwise.
Please contact us if your device becomes faulty. We will request for a video to be sent to us so our Quality assessment team can assess and confirm the device is faulty. We will request the device to be shipped back to us for repair or replacement. We collect and provide pre-paid labels for any faulty device within 30 days of receipt at our cost. For further details, please refer to our refund policy.
Accuracy of Billing, Account, and Shipping Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card,and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. If packet is returned due to incorrect address, receiver not at home, or delivery refused we reserve the right to deduct all shipping related charges.
Security checks are undertaken for every order placed on our website, and thereby, we reserve the right to accept or reject any orders at our absolute discretion. You may be requested to provide proof of name and address such as a utility bill for verification purposes. Failure to this will have us cancel the order and you may not be allowed to place further orders on our website. If we suspect fraud, we hold the right to open investigations with law enforcement agencies internationally.
The IPL I bought is not suitable as I have a Health condition or it's not suitable for my skin tone?
If you have any health condition please confirm with your medic, the product is safe for your use. Have a glimpse at the manufacturer's website for more detail as information on our website is brief. We do not take accountability for mismatched skin tone. In this instance, you cannot make a return if the seal is opened. Therefore, verify your skin tone before placing your order. If this happens, we recommend you to sell the product locally or on third party platforms.
I did not receive my parcel, however tracking shows it's delivered?
Tracking details are sent out as soon as orders are despatched. Therefore, as a consumer, it is your responsibility to track your packet from time to time. In case of a non-receipt, you MUST contact us within two days of delivery or we may not be able to open investigations with the carrier.
